We Install Systems We Would Be Willing To Run Ourselves
Most AV installers have never mixed a live event. We do it constantly — which means when we design your system, we are thinking about the person who has to operate it on a Tuesday night with no training. That changes what we specify: fewer things to go wrong, controls a volunteer can learn in ten minutes, and gear that will still be supported in eight years.
Sound Systems
Speech-intelligible design for rooms where the words matter. Distributed ceiling systems, point-source, and line array where the room calls for it — with proper coverage planning rather than guesswork. Most rooms we visit have already spent money on sound and still cannot be understood in the back rows; the problem is usually coverage and room acoustics, not the speakers.
Assistive Listening & ADA Compliance
Hearing loop, FM, and infrared systems for public assembly spaces. For municipalities, township buildings, and other public facilities, assistive listening is frequently a legal requirement rather than an upgrade — and it is one of the most appreciated improvements any public room can make.
Video, Displays & Hybrid Meeting AV
Projection, flat panel, and LED displays. Camera systems for streaming and overflow rooms. Presentation switching and conference room systems that work with Zoom and Teams without someone from IT standing by.
When Something Breaks, Who Is Coming?
A lot of AV work in this region is installed by companies from Chicago or Indianapolis. They do fine work and then they are three hours away when a channel goes out the morning of your event. We are based in Mishawaka, we have installed systems across Michiana and Southwest Michigan, and we service what we install.

Who We Install For
Installation FAQ
Do you charge for the initial site visit?
No. We will come walk the room, listen to what is not working, and give you an honest assessment at no cost — whether or not you hire us.
Are you insured?
Yes, fully insured. We adjust coverage levels to meet the requirements of the client or facility, so tell us what your building or organization needs and we will provide a certificate to match.
Can our volunteers or staff actually run the system?
That is the design goal. A system that requires an audio engineer is a system that fails the week your engineer is unavailable. We use simple labeled controls with presets for your regular use, and we train until people are comfortable.
Can the work be done in stages if our budget is limited?
Yes. We design systems that can be added to over time, so the first phase works completely on its own rather than leaving you half-finished. We will also tell you plainly what can wait a year or three.
Do you service systems you did not install?
Yes. We also offer system evaluation, calibration, and tuning for existing installations, along with operator training.

Michiana and the surrounding region — Northern Indiana and Southwest Michigan, including South Bend, Mishawaka, Elkhart, Granger, Niles, and the surrounding communities.
